By accessing and using MyCreativeFX, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered
   We provide access to VFX stock footage, motion graphic templates, sound effects, LUTs, graphic images, and CGI assets (both free and premium).

2. Authorized Use
   Users must use the website in good faith and not interfere with its functionality. Automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) are strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

   • A valid email is required for account creation.
   • Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
   • MyCreativeFX may suspend accounts for false or outdated information.

4. Liability

   • Use of our website and services is at your own risk.
   • We are not responsible for service interruptions, third-party actions, or technical failures.

5. Intellectual Property

   • All content is owned by MyCreativeFX and protected by copyright laws.
   • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.

6. Subscription & Billing

   • Our service operates on a recurring subscription model.
   • Payments will be automatically charged each month.
   • You may cancel anytime, but cancellation is only valid if no assets have been downloaded for that billing cycle.
   • To cancel Subscription Visit the Contact Us page, select "Cancel Subscription", and enter your email. We Will Manually cancel  your Subscription.
