Below you’ll find clear answers to the most common questions about your account, downloads, subscription, and license rights. We keep things simple and transparent so creators like you can focus on making great content.

1. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a request through our manual cancellation system:

  • Go to our Contact Us page
  • Select “Cancel Subscription” from the dropdown menu
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Submit the form — our team will process your cancellation manually within 24–72 hours

Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. I can’t find the cancel button. What should I do?

No worries — we now process all cancellations manually for added clarity and security.

Just visit the Contact Us page and select “Cancel Subscription” to get started.

3. Do I get a refund after canceling?

As per our policy, subscriptions are non-refundable. Once you cancel, no further charges will occur, and your access will remain active through the end of your billing cycle.

4. What happens to my downloaded assets after I cancel?

Everything you download from MyCreativeFX comes with a royalty-free license:

  • ✅ You can continue using your downloaded assets — even after cancellation
  • ✅ Use them in commercial work, YouTube videos, social media, or client projects with no restrictions
  • 🎁 Even free downloads (2/day) come with the same rights — just credit us where possible (e.g., “Assets from MyCreativeFX.com”)

5. Do you offer free downloads?

Yes! Every user can download 2 non-premium assets per day completely free. This includes:

  • Basic VFX & overlays
  • Sound effects
  • CapCut & mobile packs

We regularly update our free library — so be sure to check back often!

6. I was charged but didn’t intend to subscribe. What can I do?

If you believe you were charged by mistake, email us within 7 days of the charge at hello@mycreativefx.com. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue fairly.

7. Where can I see my billing or invoice history?

To view your billing details and history:

  • Log in to your MyCreativeFX account
  • Navigate to My Account > Billing / Subscription
  • There you’ll find your full payment records and downloadable invoices

8. Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Currently, we do not offer a pause option. If you need a break, we recommend canceling before your next billing date. You can re-subscribe anytime later.
