1. Services & Content

MyCreativeFX provides access to a comprehensive library of creative assets for video creators, filmmakers, and content producers, including:

• Premium VFX stock footage and effects
• Motion graphics and animation templates
• Royalty-free music and sound effects
• Color grading LUTs (Look-Up Tables)
• CapCut and mobile-compatible effects
• AI-powered video generation tools
• Professional tutorials and educational content

All content is available in both free and premium tiers. Free content requires a valid account; premium content requires an active subscription.

2. Account & Registration

Account Creation

To access MyCreativeFX, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• Accurate personal information

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Provide accurate and current information

Account Suspension

MyCreativeFX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Contain false or outdated information
• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violate our usage policies

3. Authorized Use & Restrictions

You agree to use MyCreativeFX in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access our platform
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restricted content
• Interfere with the functionality or operation of our website
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code
• Resell, redistribute, or lease our content without explicit permission
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution markers
• Use content for illegal purposes or to create harmful content
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

4. License Grant & Usage Rights

What You Receive

Upon download, MyCreativeFX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our content for:

• Personal and commercial video production
• Social media content creation (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Marketing and advertising materials
• Client projects and professional work
• Educational content and tutorials

What You Cannot Do

• No Resale: You may not sell, license, or redistribute our content as-is or as part of a template package
• No Sublicensing: You may not grant others the right to use our content
• Limited Modification: You may integrate content into your projects, but cannot extract and repackage individual assets for redistribution
• Attribution: For free content, attribution to MyCreativeFX is appreciated but not required

5. Subscription & Billing

Recurring Charges

MyCreativeFX operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.

Billing Frequency

• Monthly subscription: Charged on the same day each month
• Annual subscription: Charged once per year at the discounted rate

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods. Your billing information is processed securely through our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

Billing Issues

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry at regular intervals. If your payment continues to fail, we may suspend your account until payment is resolved.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime with no penalties. Simply email us at hello@mycreativefx.com with your account email address and we'll cancel it for you.

What Happens After Cancellation

• No charges for the next month
• Premium access expires at the end of current month
• Free content remains available

Refunds

No refunds for past charges. If you were charged in error or have billing issues, email hello@mycreativefx.com.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

All content on MyCreativeFX, including but not limited to VFX, templates, music, sound effects, LUTs, graphics, and code, is owned by or licensed to MyCreativeFX and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Content

Any content you upload to MyCreativeFX (such as project files, comments, or feedback) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for platform improvement and support purposes.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at hello@mycreativefx.com with:

• Description of the infringing content
• Your contact information
• A statement that the claim is accurate
• Evidence of ownership

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

As-Is Service

MyCreativeFX is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Compatibility with specific software or hardware
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

Quality of Content

While we strive to provide high-quality assets, we do not guarantee that all content will meet your specific needs. We recommend testing content before using it in production.

Third-Party Services

MyCreativeFX integrates with third-party services and payment processors. We are not responsible for their performance, reliability, or compliance with applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyCreativeFX shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Damage to your equipment or files
• Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable international regulations for digital services.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms
